Cranberry Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, combine the butter and brown sugar; mix well.
Beat in the eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend in thoroughly.
Stir in the salt, baking soda and flour alternately with sour cream and cranberry sauce.
Do not overmix.
Fold in nuts.
Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake in a preheated oven (350\u00b0) 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frost with Buttermilk Icing.
