Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. corn meal
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
Preparation
-
Mix the first 5 ingredients.
Add the buttermilk, oil and egg. Pour into a hot and oiled iron skillet.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until brown.
