Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 cup sugar creamed with 1 cup butter
1 cup milk mix with 1 tsp baking soda
6 cups flour mixed with 2 tsp cream of tartar
Preparation

Alternate adding milk and flour to butter, egg, sugar mixture.
Gently add 1 quart blueberries (coated with flour to keep from sinking)Pour into 8 x 12 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar after removing from oven. Cool and cut.
