Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. Bran Buds
    2 Tbsp. sugar or brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, Bran Buds, sugar and soda.
    Beat milk, egg, molasses and butter together.
    Combine dry and liquid mixtures together with a few swift strokes.
    Fold in dates or raisins and nuts.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 24 muffins.
