Microwave Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned (750 g)
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (optional) (0.5 ml)
    1/2 tsp. paprika (2 ml)
    1/4 c. salsa (50 ml)
    1/4 c. catsup (50 ml)
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion (15 ml)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce (15 ml)
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry.
    Combine paprika and pepper; rub into chicken.
    Arrange chicken pieces in 1 2/3 to 2-quart microwave dish, with meaty portions toward edge.
    Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over chicken.
