Roasted Potatoes And Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh asparagus
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, sliced thin
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
-
Snap off top ends of asparagus and remove scales.
Combine asparagus and 1 teaspoon of oil.
Toss well in bowl.
Set aside.
