Ingredients

20 oz. Mascarpone cheese
1 pkg. ladyfingers
4 eggs
3 oz. Amaretto
3 oz. Espresso
3 oz. coffee liquor
cocoa powder
chocolate chips
whipped cream
Preparation

Whip cheese, eggs and Amaretto in mixer.
Dip ladyfingers in Espresso and coffee liquor mixture and place in bottom of 11-inch cake pan.
Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over ladyfingers.
Repeat a second layer.
Cover the top with cocoa powder.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
