Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 basket ripe tomatoes
12 bell peppers
12 large onions
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
5 or 6 hot peppers
Preparation
-
Cook 2 1/2 hours at a slow boil.
Put in fruit jars. Delicious served on hot dogs.
