Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. noodles
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips.
    In skillet, brown meat, mushrooms and onion in butter or margarine.
    Season with salt and pepper as desired.
    Add broth.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Gradually blend 1/4 cup water into flour; slowly add to sauce. Cook; stir until thickened.
    Slowly blend in sour cream; heat. Serve over noodles with salad and bread.
