Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped popcorn
    2 sticks oleo
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring oleo, sugar and syrup to hard boil stage (260\u00b0).
    Boil for 5 minutes and then add soda. Mix well. Pour over popcorn and mix. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour, checking every 15 minutes.
