Cornmeal Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cream
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    grease
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix together cream, water and salt.
    Heat grease in an iron skillet on medium to low heat.
    Mix in cornmeal until well coated in grease.
    Stir constantly until meal begins to brown.
    When meal browns slightly, pour in cream mixture and turn burner up to medium-high until mixture thickens.
    Stir constantly until gravy begins to thicken.
    Remove from heat and serve with fried potatoes.
