Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. chicken tenderloins
1 pt. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 lb. butter
2 oz. white wine
rice, noodles or pasta
Preparation

Pound and lightly flour chicken tenderloins.
Saute in butter. In a large skillet, melt butter.
Add white wine, Dijon mustard and heavy cream.
Mix with whip or whisk.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
Place chicken over rice, noodles or pasta.
Cover with Dijon sauce.
Garnish with parsley flakes.
