Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    4 c. milk
    4 pkg. yeast
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 eggs
    10 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    10 to 12 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
    Add yeast and milk.
    Add flour until it forms a soft dough. Knead on floured board a few minutes.
    Put in large, oiled bowl and cover with cloth.
    Let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Cut in desired shape.
    Put in pan and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 50 rolls.
