Grandma'S Frosting(German) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
8 oz. coconut
1/4 c. cream (or enough to get a good mix)

Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Spread on a warm white cake (8 x 8-inches).
Broil until frosting browns.
Be careful, it burns very quickly.
Double recipe for 8 x 11-inch or larger cake.
