Ham Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cubed bread
    2 c. diced ham (cooked bacon or sausage can be substituted)
    1 medium can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer first 4 ingredients in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.
    Mix the remainder and pour over.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes foil covered; remove foil for the last 10 minutes.
    This is great to make in advance for breakfast or lunch guests.
    Also keeps well in oven, warmed.
