Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (hot and mild)
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together.
Roll into balls and bake on cookie sheet in center of oven at 325\u00b0, turning as they brown. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes on each side.
Makes approximately 25 balls.
