White Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes (left over)
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until set. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
