Fire And Ice Tomato Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 c. celery
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
    2 bay leaves
    1 hot pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Chop vegetables in food processor, medium fine. Place ingredients in large mixing bowl or pitcher and cover with tomato juice.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Strain.
