Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1/2 lb. sausage, Polish or German link, sliced
    1/2 lb. ham, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    2 lb. headed shrimp, peeled
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    chicken stock, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, vegetable oil
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Fry chicken livers in 2 tablespoons oil until brown.
    Remove from skillet.
    Add sausage and ham pieces with 3 tablespoons water.
    Cover.
    Cook 5 or 6 minutes or until done.
    Remove from skillet.
    Chop livers into small pieces.
    Mix with ham and sausage.
