Summer Sausage 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. whole peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. garlic juice or powder
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. Mortons tender quick curing salt
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Day 1: Combine all ingredients, mixing well with your hands or in a food processor. Shape into 3 or 4 rolls and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
