Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. frozen chicken wings
    2 c. cold water
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except wings, in a saucepan.
    Bring to boil; turn heat down and simmer 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Divide wings into 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans.
    Pour sauce over the wings and bake approximately 90 minutes or until sauce thickens.
