Wieners Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    1 bell pepper
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 large can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 bunch celery
    3 cloves garlic
    salt to taste
    2 pkg. wieners, cut
    rice, cooked
Preparation
    Chop
    onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
    Saute in cooking
    oil.
    When
    onions
    are transparent, add tomato paste and sauce.
    Let simmer for 1 1/4 hours.
    Add wieners.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
