Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced raw cauliflower
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 medium head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl; toss lightly and chill well.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
