Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tall can tomato juice
3 cans red beans or your choice
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Brown.
Pour in tomato juice.
Add cumin, chili powder and sugar.
(Chili powder can be adjusted to suit taste.)
Add the 3 cans of beans.
Let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
