Sausage Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook sausage, onion and green pepper in a skillet until sausage is brown and crumbly.
    Stir in flour, tomato paste, salt, chili powder and pepper.
    Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and olives.
    Spread evenly in 9-inch square pan.
