Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 large onions
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Drain off fat.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
    Add water if needed.
    Can simmer a long time, like chili.
    Crock-pot works great!
