Apple Batter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size apples
    1 egg
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Slice apples in a pan.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Pour batter over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Serve with ice cream.
    Add sugar to apples to taste if serving without ice cream.
