Peppermint White Chocolate Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. peppermint candy (about 14 discs)
10 oz. (5 sq.) white chocolate or vanilla milk chips
Preparation

Crush candy in food processor.
Melt chocolate in double boiler, stirring constantly.
Add candy.
Spread on buttered cookie sheet.
Chill until set.
Break into pieces.
Store in airtight container.
Can use lemon drops or spearmint pieces.
