Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. ground or blended hot pepper
    1 c. ground or blended green pepper (either red or green in color)
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add Certo.
    Bring back to a boil and cook 1 minute.
    Let set for 5 minutes.
    Take off foam.
    Pour into glasses and seal with wax or caps.
