Cheesy Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 Brown 'N Serve French rolls
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, mix first 9 ingredients (5 cups mixture).
Split rolls in half lengthwise.
Spread cut sides of each half with heaping 3/4 cup meat mixture.
Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Makes 6 servings, about 630 calories each.
