Nila'S Jelly Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. red raspberry preserves
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt on wax paper.
    Cream butter with cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl until fluffy and light.
    Stir in flour.
    Mix until blended, then knead.
    Mix in bowl until smooth.
    Cover.
    Chill several hours until firm enough to roll.
