Chocolate Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sift first five ingredients together.
    Pour into large mixing bowl.
    Stir in milk and shortening.
    Spread in a 9-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle with cocoa and sugar mixture.
    Pour hot water over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can be topped with scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
    Serves 6.
