Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    little pepper
Preparation
    Cut ribs in serving size pieces and place in flat baking dish. Add water.
    Bake slowly for 2 hours.
    Take from oven and season with salt and pepper.
    Pour kraut over them (juice and all). Sprinkle on brown sugar and bake 1 hour more at 300\u00b0.
