Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs and margarine in mixer. Add vinegar, vanilla and coconut. Put in unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
