Opal'S Pie Crust(Makes 5 Shells Or 2 Double Crusts And One Shell.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. ice water or as needed
Preparation
    Stir together the flour and oatmeal.
    With pastry blender or 2 knives, blend in the Crisco until it resembles size of small peas. With a fork, stir in the water slowly until it forms a ball. Divide into small balls to roll and fit 9-inch pie plates.
    These can be made ahead and frozen either separately in Ziploc bags or stacked with wax paper between the plates and sealed in plastic bags.
