Abbey Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream the sugar and shortening together and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Spray muffin tins with Pam or grease thoroughly with shortening.
Bake at 325\u00b0
approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven and dip entire muffin in melted margarine (about 6 tablespoons).
Roll in mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
