Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small red pepper, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 bouillon cube (beef)
    1 c. instant rice
    1 can tomatoes with liquid
    1 c. tomato sauce
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown together beef, peppers and onion; drain off grease and add salt, pepper, garlic salt and soy sauce to taste; set aside. Bring to a boil 1 cup water; add bouillon cube and rice.
    Mix well; then add tomatoes with liquid.
    Mix in beef mixture and tomato sauce.
    Simmer until done.
    If too dry, add water a little at a time.
