Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. hot coffee *
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients; add the liquids.
    Mix at medium speed for two minutes.
    Add the eggs and vanilla.
    Beat two minutes more.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in two 9-inch pans for 25 to 30 minutes; 9 x 13-inch pan for 50 to 55 minutes.
