Layered Salad Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
    1 medium head lettuce, torn
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, thawed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (buttermilk)
Preparation
    Layer first 6 ingredients in order listed in large salad bowl. Combine salad dressing mix, sour cream and mayo; mix well. Spread over top of salad to edges.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Toss gently before serving.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
