Pollye'S Baked Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can peaches
1 (16 oz.) can pears
1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple
1 banana, cut in slices
1 can Mandarin oranges
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. water
1 stick of oleo
1 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring to boil water and oleo, beat in flour till well blended. Add eggs one at a time beating well with wooden spoon. DO NOT USE ELECTRIC MIXER. Spread in glass pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Pat more crust around edge to form crust. Cool completely.
