Nalesniki(Crepes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 doz. eggs
    7 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 tsp. salt
    4 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; set aside.
    Mix sugar, salt and flour well together and stir quickly into beaten eggs.
    Add milk and beat again hard. Fill crepe pan with a little oil; add batter to hot skillet and lightly brown crepes.
    Make them paper thin but only cook one side.
