Eagle Brand Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose enriched flour
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Let eggs and butter stand until they are room temperature (overnight).
    Blend butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add milk and flour alternately.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in a large tube pan.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. More than likely it will take the 2 1/2 hours.
    May take longer than 2 1/2 hours.
