Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
10 oz. chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed
10 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation

Defrost broccoli.
Melt oleo in a large saucepan.
Add eggs, cornbread mix, cottage cheese and broccoli.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan (no need to grease pan) for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
