Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. hot water
4 eggs
pinch of salt (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Dilute milk with hot water.
Beat eggs very slightly and add to milk.
Add salt and vanilla.
Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
This custard will never get runny or weep if you beat the eggs very slightly.
