Dieter'S Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
4 slices white bread
4 medium eggs
8 tsp. margarine
6 packets Sweet 'N Low
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla or butternut flavoring
3/4 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
Preparation

Combine dry milk and bread, made into small pieces.
Mix in the eggs.
Melt margarine; add to ingredients.
Add sweetener, baking powder, extract and pineapple (add some of the juice, too). Pour into Teflon or sprayed muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown.
