Celery Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch celery
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup, diluted with the 1/2 can celery water
Preparation

Dice and cook celery until tender.
Drain, but hold 1/2 can water.
Mix ingredients together and put in greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Cheddar cheese.
Heat in oven for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Better if made night before and reheated.
