Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 green mangoes
    12 red mangoes
    1 bunch celery
    7 large onions
    6 c. sugar
    4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind mangoes and onions; pour 1 quart boiling water over and let stand for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Add salt and mustard seed.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Cook 3 minutes after it starts to boil.
    Add celery (cut fine) and boil 1 minute.
    Can and seal.
