Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dark leafy greens
1/2 c. each sliced carrot and cucumber
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 oz. turkey breast
2 oz. shrimp
1 sliced hard-boiled egg
Preparation
-
Mix the greens with the vegetables and oil.
Mix the lemon juice and top with turkey breast and shrimp.
Add sliced egg last.
