Garlic Feta Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram, crumbled
1/4 tsp. dried dill, crumbled
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
3/4 lb. cream cheese, cut into bits and softened
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until the mixture is combined well.
Transfer the spread to crock or serving dish.
Cover; chill for 2 hours.
Keeps covered and chilled for one week or longer.
Serve with crackers or celery or carrot sticks.
