Smothered Steak For Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion (medium), sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (or use fresh)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Put
    steak, seasonings and flour in crock-pot.\tStir to coat. Add
    vegetables
    and soy sauce.
    Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
    Turn
    to
    low
    for
    8 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles. Easy!
